Looks like I'm not the only one who has noticed the change in Altaf. Maybe he should apply to be a driver. He's certainly not behaving like a team member anymore. And that's not OK. If a coworker asks for assistance, give it to him without excuses.

314 /16 And the next Manhol, what have not Cover. Shakoor go in and will have the Tub, fill the with Plastic, Paper Bottle Stone Mud and and..... Then break her the Plug's and come out. Good Work however from the All Okay Team. 💪💪

He been like that for a while now. Kinda conceited. He doesn't really seem to care about safety, removing bricks directly over Shakoor's head instead of moving the bucket away from the hole. The group is better when it's Ashir, Shakoor and Iftikar.
