The manager is unreasonable and stupid, constantly distracts a good team from their work, does not allow them to finish the job, transfers them from one job to another and treats the workers like slaves, it's terrible!

The manager may also be forced somewhere because it is called work by SGM, but I understand that after completing one task, one should move on to another task.

Please be careful with such comments. It might backfire that these videos are not being allowed anymore if certain persons feeling offended. The higher the responsibility is less errors are being tolerated, i can tell from my own company . 1 rather little mistake from a General Manger and you might be gone immediately. A big think is also reacting too slow which might explain this weird acting from our point of view. It might also be very different in each culture/region but i can't judge because of too less experience. No ofense just a little thought from my side 😉😊

Immediately after finishing work, Altaf had bathed and washed his clothes too, it is very hot here, we cannot wear waterproof clothes even if we want to.

The driver is only paid for driving the truck, sometimes the driver helps us in our work if he wants to. Thank You So Much Mum 😊💗🙏🏻
