The slope of the drains are wrong, so they need to run more water down get to move. But plastic, and wet wipes are going to clog the pipes, as well as the oil and grease from cooking will sit and solidify. If they can rent a power washer, they should do a cleaning of pipes maybe every 3 months, just get any stuff out of them.

320 / In a House the Entrance stand Water. The Houseowner call Help the first Manhol full and much Cockroaches. Iftikhar give with the Hand the greatest Much out the Manhol. Then Wash with Pressure and Nozzle the complete Drains. Shakoor Control the Drain and Cover from the Manhol. Then Workt Iftikhar bx thr little Drain, and the Water run down. Iftikhar say the Drains and Manhol not Correct building. This will the Houseowner not understand. The All Okay Team have however make a very good work. Greeting from Austria

That Home owner is at fault. You cant flush Plastic bags and other trash down the drain and expect it to open. Im susprised you didnt use one of the plungers i sent you on that floor drain . I think he might of opened it after 1 or 2 plunges .
