Agreed that Aqua Tail > Whirlpool overall, but Whirlpool is incredibly effective into dive/speedsters

I made this all out attacker build that uses nothing but basic attacks. Play rough cancelled by aqua tail gives you insane chasing and zoning capabilities, making it REALLY hard to die. I used this build in a lot of games to great effect. I switched between play rough for chasing people down and aqua tail for damage dealing, healing, and zoning.

I definitely wouldn't pick Aqua Tail when playing Azu against stun locking Pokemon, especially Trevenant and Buzzwhole. That Buzzwole clearly has some skill issues so you didn't get punished that much.

If you're good you can just zone out the enemy

Nahh i prefer weakness policy than drain crown, just yesterday i play a game with 110k done 110k taken and 70k healing, azu the real all rounder
