that little honda probably has more hours then any small engine i have worked on (even 30 year old ones). in one video he mentioned its getting old which is probably 5+years old easy and calculate how much that runs a day how many times a week and how many days a year... that small engine is VERY well maintained Ollie knows his gear and knows if it goes down its not good as he i also out of work till its fixed i wouldnt be surprised if that honda got an oilchange at least once a month and because its run so much it keeps itself clean so an easy general tuneup (new plug and both filters) and its good to go again. its also more of its being flooded why its not starting.. (wouldnt be surprised if that engine was pushing 5000-10000 hours)

@@SnowleopardPearl can't kill a Honda.......unless you starve it of oil ,they are one of the best little engines around, seen Honda engines run indefinitely with just basic maintenance & simple rebuilds, seen rebuilt Honda engines sound & work better than most of the newer knockoff junk from China or new US built Briggs &Stratton/ Tecumseh engines

Those times when the home owner doesn't tell you all the info that could have helped. Clearly that had been dug up before in the walk way, you could tell by the concrete patch. And the didnt take the "eel" out since it went under the home. Thats why they gave up. You shouldnt have had to uncover all this information. Unless, the customer had only been lied to, but that extent of work would have taken a while and im would think they would be aware of some level of complexity from the last time a plumber came out, and lost their "cable".

The entire building infrastructure, as in, the mortar holding the bricks and block work together has failed, add that to the foundation falling away [sink hole]... notice the huge cracks in the walls of the exterior of the home, that follow the failing blockwork. He says at the end what needs to happen. Its not just the eel, theres a sinkhole under the house and the plumbing is messed up. He said the best thing to do, is lay another pipe under the walkway outside and join up with the boundary trap. Put the old pipe out of commission.
@Spaznaut1
@Spaznaut1 2 жыл бұрын
@@tubester4567 yeah but there was another pipe coming into that pipe that would need to be brought around the house if possible. Being on the side of a hill like that and a pool in the back it would be a nightmare. That other pipe coming into that Tee? is probably what let the cable loop around itself like that. You could probably put on another addition with what it will cost to fix it right. I'm betting they fill in the hole and just let it be.

@@ratbag359 guaranteed they opened and disconnected it there, the connector end, roll pin and release button were all still intact. and I doubt the female end broke away from it., the spring steel wire usually breaks first, very near the end or where it was kinked and worn thin from rubbing.
