No one has inspected it and probably not done by a licensed plumber. Definitely not to code. I’m curious how they plan to block off the inlets in those planter boxes when they fill them with soil. Not to mention the IO that is half in the wall and lost at the bottom of the planter box

I thought the same thing but I'm betting no plumber did that. Whoever bricked the wall up saw the open drains and decided they'd run some PVC in various directions before they closed that space up. Never figuring in a million years that someone would put concrete mix down it and it'd harden. Then again, maybe it's the same crew that put the concrete down the drain 🤣
