The Ram was made by elk mountain moding it is public but he is releasing another version with fixed camers soon so I would say check Elk mountain moddings Facebook.

There’s a few of these around, I’m not sure where these particular trailers are anymore but search the mod network and yes mods for heavy haul trailers....should find something close.
