I always loved Jacques Martin. I've seen a big difference in many players. Look at Tkachuk. From undisciplined tough guy to solid goal scorer with tempered control. I watched an un-gelled become a team.

Batheson's +/- last year may have been because of his high ankle injure from the year before and playing with DeBrincat. WTF was DJ Smith thinking leaving those 2 together? However his play improved greatly this year. One of the best Sens especially if you compare his contract to the others.
