The nba viewership thing is so simple. The product quality has declined, you have to pay to watch gamepass/whatever ur fav teams broadcast is, and the game is like 10% actual gameplay; when you watch its constantly stopped by calls, reviews, tv timeouts, ad breaks (which are all the same repetitive ads) etc etc. And people that actually want to watch have found ways around the system they tried to create. They fucked off the fans in an attempt to create something better for the corporation as a whole. Pretty typical in the US.

NBA sliding in viewership because we just came off a DOPE WNBA season. One of the best and we saw competition the way we used to see it in the NBA. For me I wasn’t ready for the W season to end. It took me like 2 weeks to stop looking at highlights and come to terms that NBA season was starting. And this is even while I’m playing 2K25. Idk, this season just feels dry for some reason. Maybe it’ll pick up during or after the holidays but I can’t quite put my finger on why I’m not as excited as I was last year to watch NBA hoops right now.
@zachcombs1038 күн бұрын
Yo yo ...not trolling you here, because I agree that the WNBA season was awesome. But but but ....there was some suspicious referring at the end of game 5 of the WNBA Finals. I think to most viewers it looked like the Minnesota Lynx got robbed in front of the whole world. That phantom call on Alana Smith, that forced it into overtime. The refs not giving McBride a clear path foul in overtime. How physical New York was being with the Lynx, but New York shooting like triple the amount of free throws. And then the wnba commissioner coming out in a dress with the New York skyline on it was all a bad look for NBA/wnba pro basketball. Now I'm not trying to argue with you or any Liberty fans. I've heard the debate that the Lynx got more calls in game 4. Which could have been real. But concluding the most incredible wnba season ever with that ending, made it NBA wnba pro basketball looked rigged. Everyone knows New York is the bigger marker with bigger stars, and I think they underestimated your average fans basketball IQ And that has slightly affected viewership of this NBA season. ... Maybe At least a little. But again not trolling you. I thought the wnba season was hella awesome up until the end

Dj Hed Keeps saying '"leave this alone", why he thinks drake is still holding on to it? does he be with drake on speed dial? he only entertain rumors, "people called me".. , drake is suing for business interest, he playing that big boy game with a conglomerate, it takes a real one to do imo, he just didn't submit and move on, when he knows the label clearly violated his interests to diminish his value and take the leverage out him to not cut that check while negociating, that's a malicious tactic, so drake's play is the only right one, clearly a bold one, an unusual one for the industry guys, but he knows better, drake was always calculated with his business operation, why all of a sudden the culture feels he's that dumb ?, he's played better than dot ever did, he outsmarted everyone in his generation, there is only hov that weighs in the business conversation, so please try to be objective, I feel like this is getting outta hand, you can't have an objective opinion out of a kendrick loyal homie, do you see one of the ovo guys talking to media outlets? so why say "drake move on" when the ones entertaining that shit and keeping it going are TDE guys, and media personalities in america "people we know for sure are drake opps", it's never been an objective convo, drake could've never win public perception and opinion cuz the convo was manipulated from the jump, It's hilarious for the culture to switch that quick on drake after a simple rap battle, Pac bodied BIG, did the culture do him like that, Nas murdered Jay, did they Do him like that, the culture gatekeepers are in a real urge to cancel drake, the industry want him out like crazy, he's becoming a menace atp with the amounts he wants to get, it's not good for them, they want submissive individuals who talks just like Hed "yo it's been like that everyone benefited from, it's not right but it is what it is", Hed ties this to kendrick's accolades after the battle, drake suing or showing evidence that the play was botted and called by label execs and dot had huge artificial support, doesn't take away from his genius during the battle, shit is crazy biased atp
