Spent two very happy weeks on the island on a school trip many, many years ago. Lovely footage, so thank you. Just returned to Plymouth for the first time since my childhood and was drawn to finding a spot to view this special island. The good news is, it has been bought and the future looks good. The barrack buildings and some others will become a hotel. (Luxury I am sure) However, they say they are also going to build a visitors center and encourage trips to the island. If this happens I urge people to visit this magical island. Just as a taster, there is over a Km of tunnels under the island, along with so much military history.
