@@cachetapre7912 Honestly, I haven’t seen any real change. It wasn’t until I bought Palmer’s Skin Fade Cream and applied that to my blemishes is when the spots started faded away within two weeks. Everyone skin is different, so even though Faded didn’t work for me, it does seem to work for others.

I've been dealing with hyperpigmentation for most of my life and it's finally fading completely. I use a lot of different products and I get chemical peels and microneedling. Honestly, the products work great by themselves; I'm just in a rush and I still pick so the procedures heal my skin faster. I found a lot of great products from Dr Stephens's channel.

I have a vitamin D deficiency. Now while of course you don’t give medical advice here but since it’s common us with melanin to have vitamin D deficiency and it’s correlated with depression do you have suggestions on how to soak it up AND protect our skin?

Hi Merrissa. You didn’t ask me but I felt compelled to answer because I had this issue. I started taking 5000 IU Vitamin D3 + K, Zinc 50mg, and Liposomal Vit C in the morning with breakfast (it has to be taken with food or a healthy fat like an avocado or coconut oil to absorb. Then magnesium capsules and sometimes the magnesium powder drink in the evening. This has helped tremendously with my anxiety and depression, my migraine affliction, as well as overall health. I told my friends as well and they are believers as well. I hope this helps you in any way.

I also have vitamin D deficiency and my doctor said for me to buy 5000 IU of vitamin D (doesn’t have to be an expensive brand, I get mine from Sam’s Club) and for vit D to absorb well, either take a zinc supplement or magnesium supplement. Both aren’t necessary, just choose 1 unless you want to take zinc as well, but I don’t believe in taking a bunch of supplements in those you aren’t really deficient in if that makes sense (a multivitamin will suffice)

I tried some of these products and they didn’t work. I used the Cyspera religiously and always wore sunblock and I feel that it’s worse now than when I started. Not sure if I was doing it wrong but I followed the instructions. I also used the toner and face wash that was recommended.
