It’s crazy that this was just what I needed and here you are with a thorough routine. For me, it’s always the inconsistency and admittedly so, also the lack of knowledge on what to use and how to use it. I can’t wait to try your routine. Thank you so much.

hey can you update?? How’s it working for you ?
@kiki86802 жыл бұрын
@@anaissimmons3595 I’ve been using the versed press restart gentle retinol serum, ordinary’s glycolic acid, and I used another Kojic fade cream called carotone. I have been sticking to the routine since mid-January and yes my marks have gotten lighter. I don’t really spot treat, I just dab and put it all over my legs. I lost track of time and started to think that it wasn’t working but I had to really look and yes it works. It has lightened old mosquito marks and my knees however it’s not as powerful for I guess “rougher deeper patches” of hyperpigmentation like my knee bone where I would kneel. It’s a great starter but you must be diligent with it. Keep a skincare routine calendar if you have to. Because I can understand how my hyperpigmentation works now, I’m investing in tretinoin to treat stubborn areas and will use this routine instead just on my face. This video has definitely helped me invest into better layering skincare for the body. Hope this helps.

I really want to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for this video. I suffer from dermatillomania or compulsive skin picking disorder and the main areas I have damaged are my upper arms and my chest. I can’t wear many of the things I would like to because I feel like my scars make me so ugly. However, I decided enough was enough and got to the root of this condition which has plagued me for 10+ years. I figured out what my triggers are and what causes me to pick at my skin, I also have taken the step of seeking help from mental health professionals. Although it’s still a tough journey, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel that gets brighter and brighter every day! This routine has begun to smooth out my damaged skin and my spots have gone from black to now a medium brown! I do hope one day to be able to find a sympathetic dermatologist who won’t make me feel disgusting or weird because of my condition, but until then I’m glad I now have this routine! 🧡

This is such a great video, thank you so much. I've been struggling with body hyperpigmentation for a long time, most especially on my forearms and lower legs, and it's fairly recently that I really started trying to figure out how to deal with it once and for all. Too many videos are about spot treatment on the face, recommending ingredients that must be used only as spot treatment exactly on the hyperpigmented areas. But I have many, many spots on large parts of my body so I need something that I can just apply all over instead of spending half an hour trying to specifically spot-treat each spot. It's not that I regret having my hyperactive scratchy bitey rescue cat Panda around, no it's certainly not that.

I and (I assume) many other dark skinned women suffer from PIH on the pubic area due to shaving and ingrown hairs and I can't find any useful video or article on this issue, specifically for our skin tone which this tends to happen more times and I'm not sure what if this can be treated with OTC products or with a dermatologist.
