The security guys could have done better their act is wanting, the guy walked and nobody came to intercept, worse still five of them couldn't manage him as they continued to show their ineptitude in handling him. One of them could have signaled to apply diplomacy to redirect while others plan further, in my opinion they took too long until the head of state had to intervene which shouldn't be the case.
