Correct, but that’s an academic point. The whole reason that refs are instructed to keep the flags down is IF the active phase of play results in a goal. The offside isn't at all comparable to the Joselu goal. The Joselu goal was so quick, there wasn't any time to stop play. Rudiger was miles on and less than a second after the ball was played, it was in the net. For the Bayern one, the flag was up, rightly or wrongly, WAY before the ball hit the net, and the defenders had stopped. The linesman shouldn't have flagged, but you can't go to VAR for a goal check after the whistle has already gone and the players had stopped 🤷🏼‍♂️

It was an offside. Just watch the still photos. It’s all over the web. Both Bayern Munich players were just slightly offside by anywhere from 4 to 7 inches. And secondly, most Real Madrid players, including Lunin, the goalkeeper stop playing when the ref blew his whistle. The whistle was blown, and they stopped playing. Therefore mistake by ref, but it was an offside. And even if the goal had been allowed, VAR would have reversed it and it would’ve been disallowed as offside. Tough luck for Bayern but it was very slightly offside. BTW, you guys are clueless. This Referee Team were in charge of the 2022 World Cup AND they were in charge of the 2nd leg of Real vs. Chelsea UCL QF in 2022 at the Bernabeue when Chelsea won 3-2 but lost 5-4 on aggregate. Blowing of the whistled followed the flag abd really the madrid defense reacted to these two events which provided space for Bayern to score easily and we could see from the reaction that unusual celebration even from Bayern. I agree seemingly that the ref and the linesman has a responsibility somehow. Games are played on the flags and whistle blows. The disallowed goal we had to even leveled the score did not determine us and minutes later we got it and got it again. I tell you, even if the game were to go extr time, the night will end with Real madrid. Bayern coach thought with their goal the game was over and that was why he plug out players. What happened in the first leg was lesson he did not learn. Do you Bayern was the same Bayern. They're timid and that could be seen in the number of malaise and worst of it when Neuer spill Vini's shot. So Bayer was scared and the coach did show that. The ref over prolonged the game from 7 minutes added time to 14 minutes and suspect the ref had so.e psychological effects leading to what mainly happened. Football games can go and end without ontroversies because the human inputs and I don't think we can make all AI controlled.

You can complain all you want but that wasn’t a “dissallowed goal”. A mistake by the ref, sure..but dissallowed, no. Real Madrid players stopped playing as soon as the whistle was blown and that was before the shot was made. Even the goalkeeper didn’t even try. Mistake, but not a dissallowed goal.
