Do you have any advice on how to pick up choreography quickly?

Hey! Honestly just practice as much as possible, it definitely doesn’t come naturally to me and is something I have to work on a lot. When you’re learning it just try to stay calm and focus on what you’re being taught and keep going over it as much as you can. But yeah just keep practicing, go to online classes and real life classes when you can!
