Remember that back in Vanilla Shaman had Earthbinder Weapon and Earth Shock for threat in addition to their talent tree having a lot of tank based talents such as Shield Spec and Armor Bonuses. Whoever rolled the Shaman probably looked at their talent tree and skill set and thought they could tank. I always remember thinking how weird it was to have those defensive talents and threat generating moves.

Hell even in Wrath some shaman could tank 5man heroics - I remember a buddy of mine (He was like a duelist rank PVPer) had a full set of beefy stamina and resilience gear that he tanked with (Shaman). Resilience at the time reduced your chance to get crit (Tanks had to get a defense stat for crit immunity) so it kinda worked.

OH MY GOD LOL. This reminds me my first play through I started playing because I saw my cousin play. I also rolled a mage because he was a 44 human mage and it was amazing watching him play on a huge screen tv. I got bored of the mage and went druid when I told him I saw someone transform into animals. I ended up leveling as resto innervate druid in kitty form with cloth gear.... omg... I did not learn about the stats until I was already in ZG in my cousins guild, at that time i finally learned i had to be feral, but still wore intel gear haha. Those days were the best, and the tier 0 gear looked so fucking awesome!

I've been playing a druid since vanilla, and I've NEVER heard of ANYONE playing a Feral/Balance hybrid lmao. Hell, even my hybrid spec was 18 resto and the rest into feral, for essentially free shapeshifts and some off healing.

@ the last story. had a dungeon like that some days ago. we killed 2 trashmob groups and the tank was like "the healer sucks at healing! kick him or i'm not gonna tank the instance" we had to wait 12 min until we could kick him. :(

Idk about hybrid feral/balance, but in vanilla and TBC there was the 18 resto feral build where you put points in resto to get things like master shapeshifter and whatnot and then spent the rest in feral. Granted, this was pretty much a PvP only thing (as I don't remember really anyone using this build for PvE considering we were all fucking HEALING lmfao.

Find tectus to be one of the easiest boss on HC, we had a hard time on butcher due to low hps. so the only bosses we have problems on atm is Kogath or whatever his name is ^-^

I played a enhance shaman as a main in Vanilla (OK, it was like a 15/15/15 build.) and I could tank even level 60 instances, or DPS level 60 instances, or heal level 60 instances. Vanilla was all kinds of unbalanced strange shit.

The only way he can get the mount is if the person being recruited pays for a 3 month sub, therefore meaning he can level past 20 as he'd have the battle chest, he may have re rolled druid and got stuck in the same place. Doesn't make it bullshit. Personally though.. Should've rolled Horde!

I hope you're aware that youtube and twitch pays quite decently when you're at his viewcount. And since most of it is coming off the stream, he doesn't spend a lot of time on video editing, therefor the bigger timesink of youtube is mostly absent. Ergo more than enough time to spend with his family. Also, if he couldn't support a family based on youtube/twitch, i doubt he'd do it full time. Then consider that you can only really get more subscribers, unless you royally fuck up big time. Nice troll tho.
