I am so far liking what I see with War Within but I thought that with Shadowlands and got burned. I am being careful. Blizzard has not yet earned my trust back. No way I would pay money for even a preorder right now or early access. Since I base weather or not I preorder based on how much fun I had in the current expansion with how much I trust the next expansion to be good. I did have play Dragonflight for a little while but since I'm casual and I am brunt out on world quests it wasn't able to keep me. I did have some fun though and liked the direction they were going in. I'm hoping they do well with the next expansion it would be nice to play again without feeling like their is nothing to do or being stuck doing chores I don't want to do. I am planning to re sub for the remix coming up. It looks like its lot of fun and thankful world quest free.

I'm very claustrophobic, like my heart rate goes up if I'm a little tangled up in my bedsheets.But I've never understood how people can get that from a video game lol, they must be HELLA IMMERSED

I'll never get over the fact that blizzard outsources the games testing and it still releases buggy and unfinished every time. People eat it up anyways.

Zero excitement for this expansion. 2 issues that made me leave WoW: -Overabundance of currencies and rep related items. When i logged in my main a while back more than half was filled with all kinds of this crap. -Dailies is the worst thing EVER implemented in an mmo. You use to be able to login in the game do whatever you wanted,some exploration,farming mats,pvp,dungeons,raids you name it,whatever you wanted to do you could do it. Now you login and you have at least 2 hours of ''work'' to do before you can start doing something you really enjoy,yeah no that sucks. Get rid of dailies,make only weekly quests and lower the number of them. Doubt i will get this expansion,SL was bad....DF was even worst. And I'm still pissed off that they took away MY RIGHT to make a male character,since when is ''male'' a bad word and why does everyone get triggered about it? Males and Females should be mad that we now we're called type 1 and type 2...why didn't Blizz make a 3 option for all those that are mentally confused,have 461 pronounes and blue/pink hair? Win win for everyone!

How the story and side quests tho? Sweet Baby Inc-ed to the whazooo? I used to play the f out of every new expansion zone, fully completing all exploration and side quests because i'd get so immersed and focused and i loved the world even in expansions considered bad (like WoD or BfA) DF was first where i was completely yanked out of that experience with obvious in your face 2020s USA/California identity politics, I've played WoW since release, I quit few days into DF, was cosidering quitting already in SL tbf, but the woke shit in DF was the straw that broke the camel's back, WoW obviously isn't for me anymore. Metzen announcing new expansions was kinda cool, gave me hope, but then you realize he's only one dude, Blizzard is infected top to bottom with gender studies majors, and has been for a while, so there's probably no way to steer that ship back to cool medieval fantasy theme.

I can handle the underground theme but please tell them to get rid of 99% of the cute stuff. Cute and fluffy should be occasional comic relief. Heroic fantasy must be the norm if they ever want to bring the game back to WoW Classic status.

I think making an entire expansion take place underground is certainly a choice. I'll be playing it of course, but it's going to turn some people off by its very nature, unrelated to claustrophobia really. People just like to feel like they are going outside while they are inside playing a game.

I really hope delves will not become the second M+ (NO MORE TIMERS!). I would love to be able to play at my own pace (especially solo) and just cassualy run through while also getting a nice reward at the end. You could, however have timers just for the leaderboards.

Cataclysm did have some good quests with humor, one of the few things I remember about Cata when they did they leveling rework

Am I the only one that is anti-excited about the gimmicky nature of it all? I don't want MORE get the lantern light the thing, all the mobs oneshot you or charge you to be challenging in an obnoxiously convoluted way? People didn't like Cataclysm dungeons for the same reason, but people loved Legion for the simpler go kill feel awesome gameplay. The entirety of this video made me go "I hope I'm wrong but I'm concerned I wasted money preordering now". Stonevault to me looked incredibly unfun.

About the second story --- the "you can't go home again" story--- gee, can it be so hard to figure out? A big part of the story is conveniently missing but is crucial to know: after they got "married" in the game, they became sexually involved. And the usual thing happened. It meant something to her, and not as much to him. That's my guess anyway. I'd love to hear her side of it.

didnt they say 1-5 players? for delves. so, im pretty sure you can do all rewards in a group, too. like Thorghast was. Yeh, that WILL lead for boosting nonsense once again, and people rather but tokens for gold and but their rewards instead of having to do something that requires some sort of skill, like mage towers did. if this is the case, I will not even bother with these delves dungeons. no reason if the rewards can just be bought with tokens/gold anyway. (IN GAME) only incentive dead on arrival

It’s really sad that no matter how good future expansions turn out to be, they’ll still be tainted by the dracthyr scalies running around. That can never be fixed. Unless a mod can be made where dracthyr show up as humans on your screen.

To be honest, if you are in a guild that is over your skill level and you are holding them back by causing wipes and doing less than optimal play, you should step up and leave the guild. I've been in guilds lower than my skill level, and in a guild that was over my level. It's not a great feeling either way.

If hope the zone feels better than the Cave in Dragonflight. That place felt a bit more claustrophobic with how low the ceiling was at some points and how open it was (how did that place not collapse?)
