Those cement pavers on the bridge have rebar in the metal rods. It's third world but it's not that crazy😅 I used to live in an apartment that had the same type of steps all the way up was a one floor walk-up. It freaks me out too for the record till somebody explained there was metal in the bricks. And these were like 48-in slats😮
