You can't blame the airline or the pilot for this. It can happen at anytime. But that's why I don't walk around in a plane, the only time I'm walking ,if I need to use the restroom. But when I'm seated, I have my seat belt on.

When I hear these kind of turbulence stories, I immediately place blame on the passengers who were unbuckled, for no reason. The restroom, is about the only justifiable reason to be unbuckled. Of course there are rare exceptions, and the flight attendants will not be buckled, until instructed by the pilots.

It would be better to make compulsory a safety measure in all flights. Whether in the toilet, or any part inside the airplane. Would not be possible to make everyone inside airplanes to wear some kind of special shoes that ground people to the floors? Magnetic boots, attaching them to a ferrous floor. Some factories have this and make its employees to wear such a shoes while working inside. Will it be not viable and better for everyone's safety inside airplanes? Or something similar.
