@@jerryalexander8803 There are many examples of other sports where top 10 players of all time are chokers. Biggest one is basketball's Wilt Chamberlain. But sticking to just the bowling, Chris Barnes blew the largest TOC lead in PBA history against Michael Haugen Jr. In Oklahoma Open, he blew a wide open chance to win against former choke artist, Marshall Kent. Keep in mind that heading into the 10th, he had a double and he only needed a strike and good count. Against Tommy Jones at the Hall of Fame Classic, he shot a horrendous 190 and still got a chance to win. In the 2012 USBC Masters against Mike Fagan, with a 10 pin lead, he squandered it with a terrible 4-7-10 split. If we want to go further back, when he won 2 titles (Flagship Open and Oregon Open), he proceeded to make television a whopping 12 times and never managed to win a single one. So whether early in his career or in his prime, Barnes is a choker. He should've had at least 30-35 titles with the amount of television appearances he had.
