I can give an example: let's say a 6' tall muscular gang member walks by an old lady and grabs her purse, she doesn't give it up, he starts beating her... she tries to fight back.... but keeps getting beaten... She then pulls a gun, to defend herself, the guy grabs it from her and shoots her in the head. In such an example, he does NOT get to claim "self defense", eventhough she pulled the gun on him. Most of the entire subway car thanked him afterwards for saving their lives (and most of them were black and Spanish) and two other guys were helping restrain him who were people of color. He’s a Marine, he was trained by the US government to protect innocent lives. For some strange reason, after ALL OF THIS TIME, the toxicology report still hasn’t been released. Why?
