"People are like books. They should not be judged by their cover, but by their content." This was an excellent, well written episode with Alexandra Soroka delivering the life lesson. She does this so well. Istan was wonderful as he plays a faux Teas big wig -- great characterization. Irakli Maruashvili played the perfect characterization of the self-important guy. I loved all the other support actors that made the self-important guy feel right at home with being unimportant. Excellent episode. You get Bravo, Bravo! Wonderful! And, thank you!

It was highlighting the bureaucracy which existed in Austria-Hungary at the time just to get or do simple things. A bit like a comedy of errors.
