BLACK GUY ISN'T LET TO WORK |

A Stanford graduate showed up for a job interview, but the interviewer wouldn't let him into the office. As it turned out, he did not even look at his resume as soon as he saw that the man was black. After being accused of racism, the boss eventually sat down with the potential employee and agreed to hire him. The majority of the company employees were racial minorities, and worked solely for its reputation. Will the new employee be able to prove that he's up to the challenge? Watch the video to find out.

Wow! Yes, I remember my first job, and I definitely was not treated like that. As a person in of colour, I can tell you that racism in the UK is a lot more subtle than that, which in some cases can be worse. That's because if you ever had proof of racism in the work place, the employer would be in serious trouble.
