It reminds me of last year. I was returning home from PC Repairing Shop after giving my PC to repair. My home was nearly 4 km away and I was driving a bicycle. On the way, I got thirsty. I saw a Sugarcane Stall near a park. I stopped there and paid 20 rupees to get a sugarcane juice. While I was drinking, Someone called me. It was a small girl who hadn't eaten for days. She was desparately asking for something. I paid another 20 rupees and gave that juice to her. I was watching her drinking slowly and her expression was priceless. And I just want to tell you, if you find small kids begging, give them food instead of money. Because there is some possibility that there is mafia behind this. They take all the money from kids and don't give them anything at all. Rather they torture and beat them mercilessly. Hence please give them food and ask for Police if there's anything suspicious.
