Drape A Strapless Silk Dress W/Me

Learn how to drape a strapless silk bias dress with me. I show my draping process with silk charmeuse and how to transfer it to paper to create a paper pattern. The only clothing I’ve made is a pair of joggers (I love them), but I’m curious about draping and flat pattern making. That green silk is BEAUTIFUL, but I was holding my breath while watching you trim the excess 😂. Are you usually able to do other things with the excess?,

I cut new pieces for the final dress but I reuse the draped fabric to create smaller projects out of silk

No it’s not custom it is from Etsy seller royal dress forms I have the Monica in light beige. They have a variety of sizes.
