Yeah, the people and sayings stump most non Aussies. They get the 'Lenny and Karl' reference, but try explaining 'like Wirripunda on the ball' to somebody else. A little easier for them with the actual film clip too.

Try Verbally Flawless by Drapht, it features Pressure from Hilltop Hoods its great. Theres soooo much old early hilltop hoods and other aussie hiphop that took inspiration from the american scene, and its a damn treasure trove of old 90s hiphop you've never heard before.

its not that its fast. it fast but theres faster and im sure old mate can keep up in that regard. its pauls thick accent. I think having the video with the picture references would help break the language barrier.

This is the first time one of your reviews disappointed me. Normally you really listen to lyrics, go through them, review them but you completely missed this from start to finish. I feel like you weren't really listening to the song... maybe it was the accent or maybe the beat was distracting you. Listen to it with the lyrics in front of you. Its actually quite clever, telling a story about what life might be like if he had a cooler name.
