Nang dahil sayo doc, nagpacheck up nako tapos apat agad ang pinastahan lol 😂 last visit ko sa dentista nung grade 6 pako hahaha…. Natakot ako pero hindi naman pala ganun kasakit may pangingilo ngilo lang pero worth it naman yung pag “ahhhh” ko ng almost 2 hrs hahaha

I have that same kind of issue with my 2nd molar which had fillings before. In the xray seems there is no spot but it is swelling but not experiencing pain. Dentist said option is root canal or extraction. I want to get 2nd opinon.

But in most of the cases restoration of this extent oftens causes immense sensitivity and pain being closer to the pulp which under LA is not felt but afterwards root canal treatment needs to be done Even after giving lining underneath. Patients' responses vary though.

I'm a dental hygienist. I love your videos and you do amazing work! I do have one issue with the video. Annual dental xrays do not prevent decay but rather they help detect decay before it becomes a big, big problem. Anyhow, once again, great videos!

I had to fix some old fillings that had caries underneath, for some of them I had no idea! You couldn't see them without xrays. Some of them were close to the nerves, but in 2 cases I had to have root canal treatment. That's why it matters to have a good doctor, such as you are. I finally found a good doctor, but I had to go through a few not so great ones, sadly.
