thank you for this video its an eye-opener.👍 I have been consuming nicotine gums for more than 5 years now. I have noticed many side effects like high blood pressure, blurry vision, lethargy, breathlessness, sore throat, digestion problems, morning stiffness, and body pain. now I think it is also causing poor blood circulation and probably reproductive issues. I wish I quit nicotines gum/Lozenges forever🤞
