Today, on The Ranveer Show, we welcome Dr. Rajesh Taneja for an open and honest conversation about male health. He is a urologist with over 38 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating various urologic conditions.
This was an open conversation about men’s health that no one talks about. In this episode, we talked about male genetics, some terrifying accidents with his patients, how men’s and women’s sexual arousals are different, how alcohol and pharmacological agents can be used for sexual health, and more. We also talked about the testosterone health of men and how it decreases with time, masculine aging and how it works, and whether anyone should take testosterone replacement therapy.
This was an in-depth conversation about male health. This is an important conversation for all the men out there and I highly recommend that you watch this whole episode to gain more knowledge about your health. I hope you enjoy this conversation and share your thoughts in the comment.

Need saturated fats to convert to Testosterone. Growth hormone required achieved by heavy lifting with raised heartbeat in short work as farmers in fields and get testosterone boost. Eat veggies while you at it. Ghee and butter with complex carbs ie multigrain roti. Jai kisaan jai jawaan jai Bharat. 🇮🇳

Summary: - 🚹 Testosterone is crucial for various positive bodily functions, and increasing its levels can impact overall well-being. - 🍽 Clean food, high protein intake, and regular movement, especially through competitive sports, contribute to maintaining healthy testosterone levels. - 🏋 Exercise is a key factor in utilizing testosterone; the body produces more when actively engaged in physical activities. - ⏰ Circadian rhythm plays a role in testosterone production, with a peak release of luteinizing hormone early in the morning. - 🍭 Excessive sugar intake and obesity can lead to lower testosterone levels, impacting physical and psychological health. - 😴 Following a proper sleep schedule and waking up early positively influences testosterone levels. - 🍺 Alcohol consumption can lower testosterone, and stress, especially chronic stress, is a significant factor in reducing testosterone levels. - 🔄 Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management, is crucial for optimal testosterone levels and overall well-being.

Awesome discussion. We need doctors who prioritize raising awareness and practicing medicine with a sincere purpose, rather than being solely motivated by financial gain or greed. While transitioning healthcare to a non-profit or government-run system has its advantages and disadvantages, finding effective strategies to address the challenges of a profit-driven industry is crucial. Doctors like Rajesh represent our beacon of hope in this complex landscape and 🫡🫡 to TRS team for spreading awareness.

Sir , what you saying makes complete sense , with ever demanding corporate live and working until wee hours to cater global requirements. Do you think we have a choice to sleep at 9 pm and rise at 4 am. Top of that the inflation and basics are killing people today. I see people on streets in Mumbai running at 2 AM in the morning just to be fit. Gone are the days when people sleep at 9.00 PM.
