So after incubation and before the first wash do we dump the tube before adding the saline for the first wash or do we add saline to the LISS?

After incubating we always just loaded the tubes in the cell washer. You don’t want to dump before you spin. So you are adding saline to the LISS

I studied it all and worked as a generalist but I have been teaching clinical chemistry for 13 years. I still love it all tho. I have a BS in MLS. And masters and doctorate in health sciences
