My MRI report FINDINGS: Grade II spondylolisthesis of L5 over S1 noted with parsintraarticularis fracture and grade II marrow signal changes involving the adjacent vertebral bodies. Normal height and signal intensity of the examined lumbar discs. No MRI evidence of frank disc herniation or significant annular bulge. Normal MRI appearance of the conus medullaris. Lumbar canal dimensions appear normal. No gross facet arthropathy. No paraspinal masses. Uterus shows a submucosal and an intramural fibroid. Both ovaries show polycystic changes. CONCLUSION: MRI features are of grade II spondylolisthesis of L5 over S1, with associated parsintraarticularis fracture.
