সার আমি বাংলাদেশ থেকে। গত ৬ মাস আগে বাম পাশের হিপ রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করেছি।১ লক্ষ টাকা খরচ হয়েছে। ইন্ডিয়ান ইমপ্লান্ট। এখনো সোজা হয়ে হাটতে পারছি না।হাটার সময় কাত হয়ে হাটতে হয়।সিড়ি বেয়ে উঠতে পারি না।৪০/৫০ ফুটের বেশি হাটতে পারছি না। ঢাকায় ৩ বার ঐ অর্থোপেডিক সার্জনের সাথে ফলোআপ করতে গেলে উনি বলছেন সব ঠিক হয়ে যাবে। একটু সময় নিবে।নীচু হয়ে বসা যাবে না।হাই কোমট ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সাবধানে হাটতে হবে। ইত্যাদি। আমি কি আর কখনো স্বাভাবিক ভাবে হাটতে পারব না?

I have myeclomalacia and calcium legion ...i have done spine surgery 9 month ago....they are try to remove calciym legion but not get sucess... My question is ..1).why i have numbness in both hand and leg २)when i seating for long time my both leg get stiff...i cant walk for2to3minute without support...after 2 min it get normalised... My foot drop is completely gone after surgery....

Main 2 saal phele apne father in law ka hip replacement k liye 1 week ashwani sir k hospital me raha hu. Mene apne life me itna acha, professional dr. Nahi dekha. Hello Doctor, I had exactly similar symptoms. I am now 50 yrs of age. Five years back I had gone through Surgery at C5-6-7 due to cervical Myelopathy. My Symptoms initiated in Starting of January 2018. Due to compression at C-5-6-7 I felt pain in neck & radiating pain in shoulders. Then after @ 15 days my GAIT got affected. I felt imbalance while walking and poor grip in both the legs and feet. In between I was trying with treatments like neurotherepy, physiotherapy. However after one month means in Mid of February 2018 Tingling started in the neck region which were going till feet if I stretched neck to backward…. By End of February 2018 I started numbness in RIGHT Hand only & then in a week time I lost power / grip of my fingers. Additionally the legs also started jerk while walking and more imbalances. Hence in SOS situation I went for Surgery as advised by doctor in Mid of March 2018 to avoid further loss. Now after surgery my Heavy pain in Neck, Shoulders, tingling and the jerk in walking all are completely removed. The grip in my right hand /fingers slowly recovered and in next 6-7 month means by October 2018 @ 85-90% Power gained in Hand/Fingers. Rarely some cramp develops if there is any abnormal movement in hand. HOWEVER legs still not recover as that of my hand. My both legs are not weak since I can do trade mill, lift the weights by legs. ONLY I still feel stress/stiffness/spasm/spasticity/numbness in legs, no firm grip. Feels stress in dorsal side of neck, thoracic region, lumber region, legs. …I am doing my regular activities but not as that earlier natural. Can't seat/walk longer causes lumber pain, numbness in legs. Can’t lean forward more causes stress/pain in lumber. Whether these are due to lumber compression as well. I shared my Latest MRI films and reports as well. Please advise based on the same. Now is there any hope to get rid of this looking at meyolopathy ? It's now 5 years of surgery. I tried advanced physiotherapy for lumber, legs, Ayurvedic treatment/ medicines, doing daily yoga, etc however no improvement. Whether this could be recovered by any means? Looking at surgery at cervical meyolopathy is it advised to go for pain management/ spine injections etc? As per new MRI done last week still compression shows on C3/4, C7/T1, L5/S1 apart from Myelopathy at C-5-6-7. Hence whether the pain management/spine injections will be useful in removing spasm/stiffness/spastacity/numbness which is causing dorsal/lumber/leg pain due to continued seating, walking etc etc. Further does it cover under insurance ? Please advise suitably. Thanks!
