Now at the end of the video you said say it goes from a 14 up to a 17 would indicate it’s a play. As in for the dog or meaning Vegas saw something and raised it so the favorite will cover. Sorry was just a little confused thanks again

If I line moved from +14 to +17 that would favor the favorite because money was being placed on the favorite to now make the dog line more attractive. But, that's just one situational angle to consider in the overall handicapping "pie."
