how long do you have to burst down the second heal absorb add before it casts? Are we talking 10 seconds? 3? 15?

why is it important that the 2nd frost add dies before it casts, why not the 3rd one instead for example?

for cd timings, you have cd's for the first, but a 2nd one 30 seconds after is not easily coverable. where as the 3rd one can be 1-1.5minutes difference which means you have things like Rdruid Flourish for it, etc.

its the generic Interrupt Anchoring weakaura. then you just go into the raid note and assign the respective people to the mark that will be on the target

I didn't think you could macro /focus to a certain marker.

Becuase for 1st one your healers should have CDs, so they can heal this up. For 2nd they don't have it, so you need to nuke him before shield. Healers just can't heal it. And for 3rd Healers should have another cds.
