You have inspired me to take up a completely new hobby at age 57! I am going to get a tablet on a black friday deal and the first thing I am going to do is one of your paintings! You're like a British Bob Ross who can inspire and make me believe that I can do it! Thanks so much for your videos. You are definitely blessed with this gift! Here in Ohio, USA, the colors are vibrant right now, but the grass remains green all year, so I would like to see a version of this with green grass and blue skies! Thanks again and blessings to you and yours!

Hi Gerald! I have a similar story! I began drawing 4 weeks ago at age 64 - couldn't even manage a good stick figure prior! With procreate and tutorials I have realized a part of my life I never knew was missing. Now I'm addicted. I finished the above painting earlier this week! And I am also in Ohio!

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I am less than a month drawing anything but stick figures and they were horrible! In a month I began by sketching with pencil and jumped into color a week ago. I painted your scene and would love to share it with you out of gratitude and perhaps even feedback. How may I share it with you?

James, your tutorials are absolutely fantastic! You truly embody the spirit of creativity in the world of Procreate, much like the legendary Bob Ross did with his paintings. I recently had my iPad out and attempted to digitally paint a scene that unfolded before me - a pier with a multitude of intricate struts and a complex structure against the backdrop of a mesmerizing sunset over the water. It was quite the artistic challenge, and it got me thinking. Would you be up for the challenge of creating a tutorial that delves into the art of capturing such intricate structures silhouetted against the horizon, just like that captivating pier during a stunning sunset? Your guidance and expertise would be immensely appreciated. Many thanks in advance for considering this request!

James, I am a big fan and have done some of your drawings with variable results. I love following the videos, your patreon helps with palletes. I've got a little delimma. My pen does not have a very good tip. I'm looking at purchasing the logitech crayon or apple pen, price difference is significant but crayon lack pressure sensitivity. Is this crucial for better results?

I’m very disillusioned, I thought that becoming a Patreon I could have access to colours you use. Ive downloaded the patreon app, and I could see fall autumn woodland, and it said click the blue highlighted detail, which I did and I cannot get the colours. What do I do next?
@JamesJulier-Artist Жыл бұрын
You don’t even have to be a patron, the download is accessible to anyone. Check your palettes list on patreon it’s often put at the bottom of the list without you realising

Bellissimo come sempre.
