It’s very nice to watch and learn how to draw kingfisher in pastels . I’m still have very difficultly drawing in pastels very precisely, and every lines themselves. 😭

@@Leontinevanvliet Hi Leontine, my name is Derek and I have been watching your videos here on KZbin for a couple of years and I have just this week, joined your drawing club because your videos and style of teaching seem very understandable, unlike some other artists I have tried to learn from. You demonstrate techniques at the right pace and it is easy to follow along with you. I just saw your Leopard tutorial and you should be very proud because the final image is Beautiful! The question I have for you is that I noticed that you do not use Pan Pastels in your artwork and I wondered why. What is the reason? Do you find them more difficult to control? Too much of a hassle to bother with, etc.? Can you lease tell me? I struggle with using them.
