I’m a little on the older side and when I was growing up procreate wasn’t a thing so it was all on paper or canvas and permanent. I would get upset with myself because a little mistake ruined my project, or so I thought. I never took the time to put the work in to learn. I want you to know that you have inspired me to put more effort into learning how to draw and make art.

Recently i discovered there is a way to not ruin the resolution when you try to resize or tilt any shape - press the select tool (the arrow shape) - press the sphere shape the second option from the right then change the interpolation to bicubic And watch the magic sorry i'm not good at explaining things :p

Hello, I am relearning how to make digital art to use in my small business. I just got myself a tablet and tried artrage. But the mobile app doesn't have all the features I need to do what I'm looking for. It seems a lot of artists use procreate to make stickers so I will get that soon. One of my hurdles is adjusting to the gap between where I think the pen will draw and where it shows up on the drawing. But I really love filling in color and shading. I used to scan in inked work and use the computer to refine and convert the lines for coloring and shading. I loved your tutorial and will revisit it. Thank you

Thanks for the message Heather! One thing I love about procreate, is that it’s sooo responsive! There isn’t a delay between putting the pencil to the iPad, and the line appearing. Hey Anna! Thanks for the comment - I actually started out using concepts! I honestly just couldn’t get the hang of it. It was a vector platform and I don’t think I knew how to use it properly. It crashed so many times I really struggled to keep the canvas open without it crashing. I perhaps just wasn’t experienced enough to use it back then. I know this is really out of context, but your freckles on your arm are in the same places as mine, and you are the same shade of pale as me, and seeing my qualities from a 3rd perspective feels so soft and familiar. It's like getting to see what others see when they watch me draw. It's weird at the same time because I know that it's not me, and you're drawing different things from what I draw. It's like peaking at myself in a different universe. Anyways, I hope you continue to enjoy art as much as I do (even if no one ever sees it) (PS my head also peaks into frame alllll the time when I film myself drawing, heh)

If you want to export all the layers so that they can be edited, I would export as a PSD - that way they can access individual layers in photoshop :) if you just want to send to a manufacturer, I export the stickers as a png (so no background) then I export the background separately. Hope that helps!
