Very insightful Varun Plus gym business ROI starts 2-3 years post as per I have heard by gym owners Also the cost of marketing. I have a ad agency & the gym clients I have they easily spend approx 30k on a average for marketing

First of all every gym owner has to have a company formation whether a proprietor or partnership firm and has to own a GST for sure, yes it's true that you cannot charge gst from clients and clients can't reimburse these taxes, as it a part of luxury services, luxury services or products purchased and the taxes paid on that can't be reimbursed at all. There are 2 gst options one composite plan for gst under which they have to pay 18% of thier sales as GST to the government which a gym owner can't claim or ask his clients above from his membership charges.

@@mukherjeepratip25 I expect people to understand how important a few of these controls are and these are put for the betterment . For example: Having gyms in residential areas. People may want to have their own personal time, children's studies, guests at home etc. and a few gyms may cause loud music, parking issues, crowded areas in front of the gyms etc. Having proper fire exits, ventilation and other safety protocols is extremely important which now a days people just neglect and term these as "issues". I understand owning a gym isn't easy but certain controls are in place for the betterment of the society
