Thank you for mentioning how well tri-pod/three legged cats can get around, after getting very interested in animal care it’s incredible how well cats can adjust to their disabilities across the board. I feel like the Erins could have leaned into that fact, have the first few days after Cinderpelt’s injury be dramatic and uncertain until everyone figures out that she can in fact move and hunt just fine. Like she just need to hold the leggy up and readjust her weight and she could still be a warrior just fine-imagine how cool it would be to have that kind of message instead of “WeLP your a medicine cat forever now” Thanks for listening to my tangent, and for the wonderful art you make!

Honestly, it's the FEMALE DotC characters that need more love. Bumble for example deserves a whole lot more love as one of the most abused characters in Warriors! Clear Sky and Gray Wing deserve less love, they're both manipulative assholes. Clear Sky is obviously a horrible person and Gray Wing manipulates the female characters around him, is generally an asshole to them and is sad about Bumble's murder because of what it will do to his dear brother Clear Sky's reputation rather than the fact she was abused, starved and mauled to death.
