@@chiarafonzi9613 Its a electric eraser. She erases where she wants highlights then gone in back over it with a lighter color of choice. Hope this helps..

The "big blue thing" is an electric eraser. It's for erasing more precisely and won't smudge the drawing. Engineers use them too! :) amazing drawing Heather!!
