Drawing & Saving A Block In EQ8

I am glad I found your you tube videos but I have a question. I want to create a block 14 x 14 but cannot change the columns and rows to more than 10 x10 columns and rows. Is there a work around. And then how do I determine the snaps.

On the block worktable just above the ruler, set the block width and height to 14 or whatever size you want your block. Set the snaps to 56 & 56 for a 14 inch block (multiply the width & height measurements by 4 to get your snap settings). The grid tool will only go up to 10, but you can set the graph paper cells to 14 to help you draw your block. You can also hand draw in seam lines with the line tool wherever you want them. The software will see them as seam lines, though.

If I wanted to make this A Quilt from this block alone how do I size it to the size I want

You can adjust the block sizes to whatever size you want in the software when you are designing the quilt. I have a tutorial come up today that will show you the details.

It is a computer software. I don't know if it will run on your Bernina. Check out the website at electricquilt.com and see if they have any information on that.

No I don't have a tutorial on each chicken. Since this isn't my quilt pattern, and the designer has her own you tube channel I didn't feel it was right for me to do a tutorial on the quilt. Check out the designer's You Tube channel - the name is Lori Holt.
