It's a seriously good meditation with the amount of focus and breath control it takes. I totally recommend giving it a go if you're looking to relax!

That pattern you make on this video, i made for my grandmother when i was those 12-13 years old i puttet on colours so it looked like flowers and then i glew a school pic in the middle so the patterns was like a frame, and she had always said when she dies she want to have that pic and a pic of all her grandchilds and her kids, so she could have us all close when she shall be burned and put in a grave, so she had er wish come true, there isnt 1 day that goes by without missing her, she was a tiny skinny little woman, but she had the biggest heart were there was room for every 1, and she was always funny and happy and was smiling every day. We were exstreme close me and her we could talk about every thing, so it was a big trauma and a big lose when she died, so every time i se this pattern you made in this video it reminds me about that xmas, were se got that pic in xmas🎁🎁 from me, were se cryed and said omg im speakless im happy its the best xmas gift for years.

Which compass did you use when you draw with a marker? I only see Staedtler Locking Compass listed. I have been looking for a compass that can hold a large posca for a long time. Thanks so much for taking the time to make this video. It is excellent and very calming.

Beautiful! I am having problems with the lead. It becomes thick right away; how do you keep it sharp and precise? Can they be sharpened? The lead that came with my compass is finished and all I found was a lead for a regular pencil (2 mm thick). It fits into my compass but became dull in no time. Do you have any tips you could kindly share? Merci!!
