Hello everyone , welcome to my channel .In this video I am drawing LORD SHIVA with soft pastels (camlin kokuyo soft pastels - PRUSSIAN BLUE , VIOLET , EMERALD GREEN , SKY BLUE , WHITE , BLACK , for background LEMON YELLOW , INDIAN YELLOW , ORANGE , ALIZARIN CRIMSON , BURNT SIENNA & VANDYKE BROWN ) following easy steps .It is made on a pastel paper and a charcoal pencil (8B ) is also used for fine strokes.

This is very tough to refer the best pastel paper as I have used only very few. But there is lot of choice and variety . As per example Strathmore, Canson , ampersand etc are very popular but costly in a sort. For beginners brustro pastel paper is quite suitable.also there are many cheap Pastel papers that are suitable for beginners
