draymon screams in both players faces no tech but giannis stared down a player for a half a sec and gets teed smh
@cswbizberri45327 ай бұрын
There is a big difference.. one was confrontation with squared up arms, clenched fists and a stare down as if to intimidate the player. The other was like mostly a sideways scream/roar in the face. Draymond was quite self-aware when he did the scream, especially since he already got a technical. Giannis was not; he failed to realize how aggressive and confrontational his posture appeared. Also, note that Giannis intentionally stepped in the face of the player to do his confrontational act instead of kept going right after the dunk. Imagine, you are a ref who can read body language really good, what would you do? What if Giannis does this to everybody after a dunk?

Draymond fore armed Mitchell in his back while he was running off the ball. Refs made a good call going back. Tbh teams should start cheap shoting Curry when Draymond is pulling stuff like this. I think GS will start second guessing letting Draymond pull that stuff if teams are pulling it on their star player in retaliation.

Take note of what I'm saying. If Draymond had played in the 1990s, he would not be strolling around playing tough as he does now since elbows had no name or jersey numbers back then because the refs will let the players police themselves. Inclusion, anyone can be a tough guy in today's NBA when you know no one's to fight back because it's going to cost them deeply.

You guys love to push lies and fake narratives and its crazy. Y'all see a few hard plays and push a whole fake narrative behind it. In the 90s especially, people were not taking hard elbows often at all. And most of the time it was not intentional. Yall gotta stop with these lies these documentaries push for the sake of good content. Players in the 90s who weren't that good at all and talked hella shit went untouched. Draymond and any NBA player today would be fine back in the day. You folks kill me the way you truly believe the game was just that much more physical back in the day. Id never say it wasn't tougher, it was, but to the extent you guys make it seem, just no. Mfs were not willingly just fighting and trying to hurt people on a night to night basis. Jordan went a whole playoff series without being touched by Detroit but all you'll hear is how Detroit beat him up so bad over the few hard fouls he took.
