It's kind of like a police interrogation but with a whole room of cheifs. One cheif is the destinated cheif to yell at you and pick apart everything you say. And then there's one or 2 other desinated cheifs that try to be cool and reason with you. It's like the good cop/ bad cop kind of deal to extract as much of the truth as possible out of you. Alot of these cheifs have also gone to interigation school as well from what i heard from my M.A.C when I was in.
