What is he talking about? He should already resign. Why is he complaining of the enemy attacks? Did he expect the enemy to be quite waiting for SANDF alongside DRC forces to attack them? SA failed completely here by sending its forces to join the DRC forces to operate on the battle ground. Should the SANDF join the UN mission it would be different. Don't complain now.
