Better is to make a diet plan for it, eat more fibre rich food -veggies, fruits ( Banana, Apple etc ) Chia seeds or cumin seeds water ( soak in water 5 - 6 hours drink daily before bed and morning) and avoid chicken, spicy food, dry fruits, bitter gourd, fast food, alcohol, tea n coffee and oily food. Don't sit or stand for a long period of time and avoid strenuous exercise.

Namaskar sir.. Mujhe 5 saal se piles he aur ye hota aur kam ho jata he. Lekin 2 din pehle dycentry ho gaya, jisse din me 5/6 baar toilet jana pada. Jiski wajah se fir se bleeding hona suru ho gaya. Aur eisa hua ki pehle pichkaari ki tarah bleeding hone laga he. Bahut weak lag raha he. Abhi tak 1 litre se bhi jyada blood ja chuka he. Kya karu sir?

No. It does not work in rectal prolapse. We recommend medicines , ointment, diet or surgery only after proper check up. There are different ointment with many brands in piles or Hemmorhoids, fissure.
