Your ppt represent a good overview example; however for those who wish to know more in depth the technique , could you develop on the section of development of the decision tree and related analysis - you can show the concept in details in a 2nd session and swell in a third session on how did you plug this in excel. Dear Yasmin, my focus is currently not with CEA anymore. In addition, there are other resources out there that should give enough information. best advice i can give you is: go check out www.treeage.com/shop/treeage-pro-healthcare/ you can download the free trial software and there are some good tutorial videos, which show you how to start from scratch, especially how to do decision trees. the software is very easy to use. that is how I got startet in the topic. :)

If you have someone who does something correctly the first time, but it costs significant time, or someone who does something mindlessly fast, but will guarantee having to fix later, which do you want?
