Where i grew up, the gofers were so bad our yards would look like we planted and grew little dirt hills. When my mom would try to flush them out with the water hose....the little shits would chew a piece of the hose off....the hoses would get shorter and shorter....i would make fun and ask her when she was flushing / feeding them water & hose and tease mom asking her if she was going out to water the dirt mound crop....she couldn't help but laugh because she new how silly it all really was

Took 3 days off work, and that was all, feeling tired, and a very minor sore throat and headache, plus blocked nose, other than that, nothing really, not even a cough any worse than usual! It's come VERY close to killing my Dad though. Had to get him to hospital last week, and honestly didn't think that he was going to survive. He's back home again now !

They are accompanied by pain in all my joints and headache like I've never had before lol suffice to say that it's no picnic. Good for you Kerry, you found not only a great purpose, but a way out and accomplished more than any of your peers could have ever known. We are all proud of your sacrifice! And to the author, Jrubas, for an excellent story that seemed to have bits of some familiar works and only enough to draw upon for a slow and steady build up. Superbly written, and the alcoholism was described as only a true alcoholic would know. I’m definitely NOT saying that you’re an alcoholic, but your references were damn spot on! I could feel the memories from decades back as if it were yesterday. A huge thanks to our resident Dr Creepen for another outstanding delivery, and one that kept me hooked for nearly a full hour! I'm writing a movie franchise where a big plot point is Humanity after recovering from an apocalypse and Advancing to space Travel again is desperately loosing in a war against Multiple Alien Races(Think of it like Halo) and on the brink of Extinction they Release the virus that caused the apocalypse. Humanity Is brought to extinction but the aliens soon release that all the "Dead" humans on all the planets they have conquered have begun to reanimate and by the end of the story the entire Galaxy is "Empty"/"Dead" and void of any life as the Billions of Billions of Undead Humans Devoured they're invaders, Spread the virus leading to all the alien species Being wiped out as well

Question/request. I saw your extreme horror playlist. I absolutely love extreme horror. The gorier, nastier and more revolting the better. I love being creeped out and uncomfortable lol. My favorite extreme horror author is Matt Shaw. The first book I ever read of his was Sick Bastards. Oh boy was it a good first introduction to him lol. All his black cover books are like extreme extreme horror. Have you or would you consider reading one of his? But warning it's really graphic and really pushes limits. I mean if you're easily offended or anything do not read.

The ending didn't make much sense. Why would the central mind reveal its location to its victim/collaborator? And what did it need the priest for, anyway? And how did Kerry figure out the comet was important in any way? For all he knew, it was just a transport vehicle. But let's say that it was the only thing that he could explore as a starting point - alright, what was he going to do there, without any weapons, tools or anything even distantly useful? What a lucky coincidence that the thing was so vulnerable to an attack by bare hands, if it was enclosed in something harder, he would be just standing there. Too much of a plot convenience for my liking... pity, the setup was decent, with Salem's Lot vibes.
