When I wake up, when I work, when I go to bed. I know you didn't per say have a choice in it; your voice has been a constant in a very unscheduled life. Thank you doctor.

Logically, as soon as he found out they have ways of detecting and trapping him, he should have left and never went back. However, sometimes what's smart and what's necessary are different things. I probably would have done exactly what he did, as my curiosity would overrule even self preservation.

He should’ve gone camping in the desert near Area 51. The range from that near would’ve been easy for him to go into the base.
@mkilo97702 жыл бұрын
That could’ve been risky tho. He has to sleep for long periods just to have enough time to explore. And therefore, have to leave his body somewhere. Plus, it’s a freaking desert, with a lot of little critters wriggling around the sand. A lot of shit could go wrong.

I’ll admit that I saw him trapping himself a bit before he actually had. Basically as soon as he entered the room. Yet whatever had “taken up residence” in his brain, probably does need to be attempted to hand back over to Area 51, but, would it allow his physical form? An excellent story by Cold Relics, and delivered perfectly by our Dr Creepen. I love the subject of Astral Projection, as I totally believe it’s real. And as we learned here it’s also a talent or gift not to be toyed with. Personally, if I were given both full Lucid dreaming capability or Astral Projection at the same time, I’d probably do more Lucid, as you have complete control and can do whatever you desire without consequence. Of course I’d also project, but things such as infidelity by a partner and other things that we suspect are being done to harm us, and to have the ability to find out for sure, would tempt me too greatly. And bring nothing but pain. So, I really enjoyed this one! Would love more in this area of discussion! Excellent work fellas!! 👏👏👏

I used to not believe in "OBE's", until I experienced several of them myself. It was... almost traumatic, to my logical brain at least. One of the first times I saw my mom how she was in an apartment, several hundred miles away. I took in every detail, thinking it was only a dream. I later jokingly asked about a plush brown monkey I saw on the dresser, and she was absolutely shocked how I knew about it. I saw her napping on a bed with dark blue sheets and no comforter, and she confirmed that too. It happened several more times but hasn't in a while, thankfully. I have no rational explanation for what that was. It still gives me the creeps to think about. Listening to this is almost tempting enough to try again and explore hidden places. lol

I have heard that during Astral Projection the further away you travel from your physical body the higher the danger of another being or entity taking your body from you. But I have also heard different, like there’s a “string” that keeps you attached to your body, and as such you in control of it.
@mumo94132 жыл бұрын
Correct that's why you should ground yourself to your location. I always use bare feet on my floor. Self protection is vital.

@Silver Galt nice! Thanks, I’m really wanting to study it and see if I have any gifts that could make it possible, but my sleep is so incredibly light, a bedbug touching my leg just once will fully wake me up. So I’m on multiple meds for sleep, and if I had to guess, those very meds could and possibly would prevent me from successfully doing it. But it’s good to know that what I heard was based on some truth.

I wish I could astral project. There was a movie many years ago about it, that got me interested. But I dont remember what it was called. But I think that ability could be fun.
@Sarah-said2 жыл бұрын
Read about it and keep trying and you will most likely get there. Some suggestions or hints that I can offer: drugs, medications that relax you or make you sleepy and/or alcohol can make it difficult to impossible. 2. When falling to sleep keep reminding yourself to stay aware of your environment, a distant ticking clock, the refrigerator motor running or the sound of a fan can help you stay conscious of the world around you. Once you realize that you are asleep that's when you can lift out of your body. 3. When you are aware that you are asleep and you are about to try to leave your body, remind and keep reminding yourself to stay calm and go slowly. When I was younger I would work on this every night but half the time when I would realize that I was out of my body I would get so excited and I would start moving so fast that I would accidentally cause myself to flip back to my body and that would startle me and wake me back up. Also, if you have ever startled yourself awake because it felt like you were dropped from above to your bed then you have probably already experienced astral projection or OBE's (out of body experiences). Good luck! 👍

This might be stupid but is this a creepy pasta or a true story sent in? I found it posted on an astral projection Facebook group after someone joked about traveling to Area 51 while in their astral body. I just found out I have this gift last week and have been unable to control the experience of leaving my body since Saturday. Maybe something with the eclipse woke it up in me? But anyway I’m wondering how true the ideas and “facts” about projecting distances etc are. Again sorry if this sounds stupid. What a beautiful story regardless. Fuckin nuts
@EveHyland-in8jb9ti9y2 жыл бұрын
I've managed to do this a handful of times. I used to get sleep paralysis and scare the shit outta myself. So I read up on how to control it for about a year, I managed to roll out of my body a handful of times during the seconds of vibrations you get running up your body during sleep paralysis but once I wasnt scared of it anymore and the more I understood it the harder it became to achieve it. Sods law. 🤷🏻♀️

A gentleman guided me through the art of remo~view in the 90s in Santa Cruz, California. I eventually entered a pristine subterranean high-technological area entirely encapsulated in vitrified gray glass type "walls." A single man appeared from the corner of my eye and calmly explained that he knew who I was and that any further attempts to penetrate eyes only infrastructure would unfortunately result in being trapped in the Astral world.. He coldly looked at me and said it wouldn't be the first time. It's been many years since but I often feel that threat to be always near 🤔

I've had OBE since childhood. Saw a burglary and saw the criminals at the supermarket. My Mum said I couldn't say OBE, had to say I saw it from my bedroom although it was impossible. Police were called & although my story didn't quite add up, they were known criminals & confessed. I have travelled to different continents but, usually not alwats my choice. Been seen but, seemed to have jumped into another person & given them vital information. At the age of 51 I still don't fully understand the mechanics, but, my daughter has also inherited this gift.
